How do Prestige Hampers E-Gift Cards work?
Our E-Gift Cards are digital vouchers available from £10 to £500. They are delivered by email and can be redeemed on either Prestige Flowers or Prestige Hampers.
Will I receive a physical gift card?
No, all E-Gift Cards are digital only. You will receive the card via email.
Can I choose when the E-Gift Card is delivered?
Yes, you can select a delivery date. Please note the email may arrive at any time during that day.
How long is my E-Gift Card valid for?
E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Any unused balance after expiry will be voided and cannot be refunded.
Do I need an account to redeem my E-Gift Card?
Yes, the recipient must have an active Prestige Hampers account to redeem the E-Gift Card.
Can I use my E-Gift Card to buy another gift card?
No, E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or vouchers.
Can I use a discount code with an E-Gift Card?
In some cases, E-Gift Cards cannot be used alongside promotional codes or certain offers unless otherwise stated.
What happens if I return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card?
Your refund will go back onto the original E-Gift Card (if still active) or as account credit. Refunds cannot be issued to bank cards or as cash.
