99% of our products are designed with the environment in mind, fully recyclable, compostable, and crafted using ethical practices from production to dispatch. We've taken significant steps to minimise our carbon footprint, ensuring that every aspect of our process is as eco-friendly as possible.

We partner exclusively with the finest flower farms, carefully selected and rigorously audited to ensure strict adherence to worker rights, ethical production, and sustainable practices. These core values are non-negotiable, guiding every step of our process to maintain the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
We actively support the wildflowers campaign
We are proud supporters of the Wildflower Campaign, dedicated to safeguarding Britain's most endangered small creatures from extinction. We have already planted 12,000m2 of wildflower meadows across the UK, to keep Britain buzzing
We recycle our Every year, we recycle 104 tonnes of green waste into nutrient-rich compost, equivalent to the weight of eight double-decker buses

Our ethical rating We are proud supporters of the Wildflower Campaign, dedicated to safeguarding Britain's most endangered small creatures from extinction. By planting wildflowers across the UK, we play a vital role in preserving these precious species and keeping our planet thriving.
We are proud to be supporting the protection and restoration of UK temperate rainforests in Devon and Cornwall in 2025 in partnership with GreenTheUK and Plantlife. Which will help increase the area and quality of existing rainforest habitat as well as reducing the threats to threatened rainforest species by controlling invasive species and inappropriate grazing to reduce the overall threat from climate change and air pollution.
On average, only 1% of our flower bouquet deliveries contain non-recyclable or non-compostable products, 99% of the entire delivery is either recyclable or compostable! Throughout 2025, we strive to reduce the use of non-recyclable or non-compostable products to even less than 1%.
This year we are committing to planting more trees nationally to aid habitat restoration and increase oxygen levels across the United Kingdom.
This year, we proudly recycled 100 tonnes of cardboard and ensured that every material in our dispatch products is fully recyclable—setting a standard for sustainability in our industry.
In addition, as a company we are supporting the continued conservation of Castle Howard’s magnificent 8,800-acre estate by volunteering to help maintain both animal and plant species natural habitats. Whilst also contributing to the continued preservation and conservation of this beautiful Heritage Castle to help ensure it can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Since 2024, our charitable efforts raised an additional £100,000 for our top chosen charities, Cancer Research UK and Barnardo’s. We also contributed £80,000 in support of the non-profit fundraising festival CarFest and donated £40,000 to our local hospice, Overgate.

All our boxes are fully recyclable and FSC certified
Our flower food sachets are now 100% compostable paper sachets and contain 99% biodegradable food.
We have reduced the thickness and size of our plastic flower sleeves to further cut our plastic usage. By late 2025-2026, our sleeves will be made from over 90% recycled plastic!
The flower box sticks we use are made of 100% wood, and they ensure safe delivery of your bouquet. Plus, they can be reused in your garden for growing plants!
All our ribbons are made from recycled plastic.
We have supported three surveys of kelp restoration sites, to ensure that best practices are adhered to.
In addition to supporting our British growers by sourcing homegrown sunflowers and tulips, we’re proud to have recycled 13 tonnes of green waste—equivalent to the weight of 13 double-decker buses—transforming it into compost to support our local farmers.
As we encourage suppliers to transition to alternative materials, we’ve taken action by safely recycling 15 tonnes of shrink wrap used for palletised imported goods.
This year, we proudly recycled 17 tonnes of cardboard and ensured that every material in our dispatch products is fully recyclable—setting a standard for sustainability in our industry.

We're more committed than ever to supporting British growers, reducing our reliance on Dutch and Kenyan imports. Our state-of-the-art UK facilities are among the most advanced in the country, now powered in part by solar energy to cut down on gas use. Sustainability guides every step of our process, from recycling and composting green waste to fully recycling cardboard - helping us lower our environmental impact while supporting local agriculture.
