My order is a day late, what should I do?
In the unfortunate event of a non-delivery on your selected delivery date, please contact our customer service department to review your order. My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
To accurately address any quality issues with a bouquet, please take a photograph within 48 hours of receipt. Any quality concerns must be reported with accompanying photographs within 3 days of receiving the item. If flowers are disposed of without photographic evidence, any remedy will be at our discretion. What time will I receive my delivery and can I provide specific instructions for the courier?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery times or accommodate specific delivery instructions. As an online retailer, we rely on third-party courier services with their own scheduling and routing systems, over which we have no direct control. However, the courier company typically provides an estimated delivery time slot, which you can track through their service. Generally, deliveries are made between 08:00 am and 7:30 pm. If no one is available to receive the gift, the courier at their discretion, will either leave the package in a safe location on the property, or leave a calling card. This will inform the recipient of the attempted delivery and provide information for arranging a re-delivery or collecting the item from the designated courier location.
Quality & Care
Plants and flowers are beautiful additions to any home, but they require proper care to thrive and maintain their beauty. Here's a guide to help you ensure your plants and bouquets flourish for as long as possible.
How do I care for my plants?
- All plants need sunlight, but most require indirect sunlight to prevent leaf burn and ensure healthy growth.
- Ensure your plant is sufficiently watered by referring to the specific care guide for each plant. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.
- Most houseplants prefer temperatures between 18-21 degrees Celsius (65-73 degrees Fahrenheit). Keep your plants away from draughts and extreme temperatures, such as those near heat sources.
- Remove any dying or dead flowers and leaves to allow the rest of the plant to thrive.
- Clear away damaged or dying leaves to prevent disease.
- Use cotton wool and water to gently remove dust from the plant's leaves.
For more plant specific information please see our Plant Care Page
How do I care for my flower bouquet?
- Cut the stems of each flower at an angle by about an inch and a half to increase water absorption.
- Add the flower food provided by the florist to the vase before filling it with water. This mix provides essential nutrients, extending the life of the flowers. Follow the specified amount of water to mix with the flower food, typically between a pint and a quarter.
- Change the water and flower food if the water becomes cloudy, as this indicates dilution of nutrients.
- Keep flowers at room temperature, around 18-23 degrees Celsius (65-73 degrees Fahrenheit). Avoid placing them in conditions that are too hot or too cold.
- Place bouquets away from heat sources, ceiling fans, and electronics that can alter the surrounding temperature. These can negatively impact the flowers' health and longevity.
- Keep away from fruit
For more flower specific information please see our Flower Care Page
Flowers and plants can brighten up a room and make perfect gifts for any occasion. By following these care instructions and taking daily precautions, you can enjoy their vibrant colours and beauty for an extended period. Proper plant and flower care involves attention to sunlight, water, temperature, and placement. With these steps, your home will be graced with beautiful, thriving foliage.

Loyalty Scheme
How does the Prestige Points loyalty scheme work?
It's simple! For every £1 you spend at Prestige Hampers, you'll earn 1 Prestige Point. These points accumulate in your account, bringing you closer to exclusive rewards. When you've earned enough points for a reward, you can claim it as a credit balance to use on your future orders.
How do I earn Prestige Points?
You automatically earn Prestige Points every time you make a purchase on the Prestige Hampers website. Just ensure you're logged into your account when placing your order. For every £1 you spend, you'll receive 1 Prestige Point.
How do I claim my Prestige Points reward?
Once you've accumulated enough Prestige Points for a reward, you'll see the option to claim your voucher in your account dashboard. Simply click to claim your reward, and the corresponding credit will be instantly added to your account balance.
Do my Prestige Points rewards automatically apply to my next order?
Your rewards are added as a credit balance to your account, not automatically applied. When you're ready to make a purchase, proceed to the checkout. You'll see an option to apply your available credit balance from your Prestige Points rewards to your order total.
What are the different reward tiers and what is the final reward?
As your Prestige Points grow, so do your rewards! You can claim vouchers at different point milestones. Our top reward is reached when you accumulate 600 Prestige Points, which can be claimed for a £35 voucher.
Do my points reset after I claim a reward?
No, your points do not reset every time you claim a reward. Your Prestige Points continue to accumulate. When you claim a specific reward (like the £5 voucher for 50 points), that particular reward becomes inactive. Your total accumulated points remain, allowing you to work towards higher tiers or claim the next reward.
What happens when I reach the final reward of 600 points?
When you reach 600 Prestige Points and claim your £35 voucher, 600 points will be deducted from your total. This effectively resets your points balance for the highest reward tier. Any points you've earned above the 600 points required for this final reward will remain in your account, and you can then start building up your Prestige Points all over again towards your next set of rewards!
Can I opt out of the loyalty scheme?
No, all active accounts are opted in.
Are points deducted should something go wrong with my order?
Should our service fall short of expectations the points given for your specific order will remain, however should you cancel your order, through no fault of Prestige Hampers/Hampers the Prestige Points earned will be removed. Points being added or removed is at the discretion of our customer service team who will make decisions on an individual case basis.
If I close my account can I have my credits as a refund?
As Prestige Points have no monetary value, any points earned will be lost.
Can I accumulate my points?
Yes - you can accumulate your points, however only 600 points can be redeemed as a maximum at one time.
*Customers can earn double points on their first order from the launch of our loyalty scheme - 3rd July 2025
