Terms and Conditions for Capital Radio Competition with Prestige Flowers
- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Prestige Flowers and Capital Radio, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
- The competition will run from the start date of the promotion until the end date of the promotion. All purchases made during this period will be entered into the prize draw.
- Each week, one winner will be drawn at random from all entries received that week. The winner will receive a cash prize of £1000.
- All orders placed on the Prestige Flowers website during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Multiple purchases will give extra chances of winning.
- The winner will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw taking place. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or cash alternative.
- By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the entry may be held and used only by Prestige Flowers and Capital Radio or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
- Prestige Flowers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- The decision of Prestige Flowers in all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
