During the winter season it is extremely important to maintain a diet rich in vitamins and eating fruit is essential. Now, if you don’t like eating fruit in winter, here are some ideas to help you get used to the idea!<\/p>\n

Fruit salad<\/h2>\n

A delicious and healthy fruit salad can be enjoyed any time of year. Simply cut and chop your favourite fruit and mix them together! If you add canned fruit to the mix, you can add a little syrup to sweeten up your fruit in winter. In summer you can enjoy a fruit salad with vanilla ice cream, while in winter it is delicious on its own.<\/p>\n
