Different types of fruit have different health benefits, so it&#8217;s important to consider your needs before choosing a recipe.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Lemon and lime ginger ale<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A handful of grapes<\/li>\n<li>1 apple (cored and sliced)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc lemon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lime<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd inch of fresh ginger (or less if it&#8217;s too strong for you)<\/li>\n<li>mineral water (sparkling)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Directions:<\/h3>\n<p>To make this fruit juice, start by juicing the ginger along with the apple. Add the rest of the fruit and pour the juice into a large glass. You are welcome to strain or enjoy as is.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Energy booster<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup sliced kale<\/li>\n<li>1 sliced English cucumber<\/li>\n<li>1 cup green grapes (seedless)<\/li>\n<li>1 Granny Smith apple (cored and cut into chunks)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Directions:<\/h3>\n<p>For this fruit juice, you need to blend together the grapes, kale, cucumber, apple and water. Once properly blended, you need to strain the mixture and, if desired, add some more water. You can store this juice for up to two days in the fridge. Be sure to shake well before serving.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Fruity blend<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 soft pears (cored and cubed)<\/li>\n<li>1 apple (cored and cubed)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup cherries (remove the pits if you use fresh ones OR you can thaw out some frozen cherries instead)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Directions:<\/h3>\n<p>This is a delicious fruit juice that you can make by blending all of the fruit together. Strain if desired and add water if you would like to thin the juice down a bit.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Fruit and veggie blend<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 apples<\/li>\n<li>1 orange<\/li>\n<li>2 carrots<\/li>\n<li>1 cup blackberries<\/li>\n<li>3 to 4 large kale leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Directions:<\/h3>\n<p>Like many of the other recipes above, you simply need to blend the ingredients together and strain. Again, you can add water if you wish to thin the juice down.<\/p>\n<p>These fruit juice recipes are so easy that you can make them in a matter of minutes.
