Fettuccine is the best pasta to serve with this sauce.<\/li>\n<li>To make the sauce, start by melting the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cream cheese and stir until it has completely melted and the mixture has a creamy consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Add your garlic (minced) and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Now add some milk slowly while mixing until all the milk is combined and the mixture is creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add the mozzarella cheese and stir well before adding the parmesan and mixing well again.<\/li>\n<li>Add some salt to taste and, if desired, you can add more garlic.<\/li>\n<li>The sauce will thicken as it cools.
