When trying to choose the perfect champagne pairing for your meal, it’s important to understand that not all champagne or sparkling wine has the same sweetness. There are classic varieties, dry champagne and sweeter bottles<\/a>. Here are some tips and ideas based on different types of bubbly.<\/p>\n

Classic champagne<\/h2>\n

If you have a bottle of Brut, you can enjoy it along with steak, fried potatoes and fried chicken. Blanc de Blanc champagne pairing is best with caviar, oysters and light fish.<\/p>\n

Dry champagne<\/h2>\n

Extra-Brut and Brut Nature can be paired with roast chicken or lobster to make an extraordinary champagne pairing and meal to remember.<\/p>\n

Sweet champagne<\/h2>\n

If you have a sweeter variety of champagne, like a bottle of demi-sec, you can enjoy it with something as simple as popcorn or a delicacy like octopus.<\/p>\n
