Here is an easy keto ice cream recipe that anyone can make. All you need is a handful of ingredients and to follow the simple steps below.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Ingredients for keto ice cream:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups coconut milk (full-fat canned variety)<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup erythritol or other sweetener of your choice<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsp vanilla extract or bean paste<\/li>\n<li>Additional flavours according to preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Method:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin making your keto ice cream by mixing the milk, salt, sweetener and vanilla together.<\/li>\n<li>If you have an ice cream machine, you need only churn the mixture according to the instructions.<\/li>\n<li>If you don&#8217;t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture using ice cube trays. Once frozen, you can blend the cubes using a high-speed blender or you can thaw them slightly and use a regular blender or food processor.<\/li>\n<li>You can eat your ice cream as is or you can freeze it for about an hour for a firmer texture.<\/li>\n<li>This keto ice cream is best enjoyed on the same day but it can be stored in the freezer for up to one month.<\/li>\n<li>If you store your ice cream for a few days or weeks, you should allow it to thaw slightly before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This recipe can be adjusted to make various flavours such as chocolate, mint, lemon, strawberry or any other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prestigehampers.co.uk\/fruit-hampers\">fresh fruit<\/a> flavour you prefer.
