There are so many great ways of turning ordinary fruit into something spooky and this will make them even more appealing to children and encourage healthy habits. Here are some delicious and nutritious Halloween fruit ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carved Orange Halloween Fruit Salad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These are fun and easy to make if you\nhave some basic carving skills. All you need is an orange (or a few\nif you are making several bowls) and a selection of fruit. Cut a fun\ndesign into the side of the orange just as you would a pumpkin. Then\ncut the top off the orange and hollow it out to use as a bowl. Cut\nyour fruit and mix in a bowl before filling the hollow orange with\nmixed fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sliced Apple Monsters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These are super fun and they are\nconvenient snacks too. These are one of the easiest\nHalloween fruit treats to make with minimal ingredients and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jack-O-Lantern Halloween Fruit Bowl<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All you need for this fun plate is a\nfew oranges, some apples and a dark fruit like black grapes or\nblueberries. Slice your apples and oranges into wedges. Create the\nbase with the oranges and make sure that they are facing rind side\nup. Leave space for the mouth, nose and eyes. For the mouth, you will\nneed to add the apple wedges with the skin side down. For the eyes\nand nose, you can add your dark berries or black grapes. Use some\ngreen apple wedges to create the stem at the top of the pumpkin. Make\nsure that these apples have the skin on top so that the green colour\nis clearly visible. If you are worried about your apples turning\nbrown, remember to dip them in some lemon water before putting them\nin the bowl. You can also make the bowl and leave the apples for\nlast.
