It is recommended that you remove cheese from the fridge and allow it to warm slightly for about an hour before serving. This is so that the full flavour of the cheese will be enjoyed. However, it does not mean that you should allow your cheese to get too warm. Here are some tips to help you keep your cheese at just the right temperature.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You will need:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Plastic container without the lid\n\t<\/li><li>Ice\n\t<\/li><li>Large table cloth\n\t<\/li><li>Serving platter\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You will need a fairly shallow\n\tplastic container to begin with.\n\t<\/li><li>Place a large tablecloth under the\n\tcontainer.\n\t<\/li><li>Fill the container to the halfway\n\tor three quarter mark with ice.\n\t<\/li><li>Fold the tablecloth in so that the\n\tplastic container is completely concealed.\n\t<\/li><li>Prepare your cheese platter and\n\tfeel free to chill your tray before you do. \n\t\n\t<\/li><li>Keep your cheese platter in the\n\tfridge for as long as possible.\n\t<\/li><li>When you are ready, place the\n\tplatter on top of the ice in the container. \n\t\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Don&#8217;t overfill<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people think that you should fill\nthe plastic container to the brim and place the platter on top. This\nis not necessarily the best way of keeping your platter cool. If you\nnestle the platter inside the container, it will allow cool air to\nflow over the cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use for all dishes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use this tip for any other type\nof chilled dish too. Think about salads, sandwiches and other items\nthat should not get warm at your event. If you are hosting an outdoor\nevent, you should consider placing umbrellas in just the right spots\nso that your food is not in the direct sun. If you have a shaded\narea, this will also work nicely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, don&#8217;t forget to serve small\nportions and keep refills in the fridge.
