\nThis is a really simple yet delicious treat. You need to mix some strawberry jelly with prosecco instead of regular water. If you are using gelatine, you can add a blend of prosecco and strawberry juice. Fill your glasses halfway and allow to set in the fridge. Use gelatine, sweetened condensed milk, a cup of hot water, and vanilla extract to make the mixture for the top layer. Top the set jelly with this mixture and allow to set. Finish of with cherries or berries. If you want to make a non-alcoholic version, you can skip the Prosecco and add extra juice instead or even something like Sprite if you like.
\nWatermelon Slice Jello Shots
\nIf you thought jello shots were fun, these are even better! Slice a watermelon in half and hollow it out. Now you will need to mix some watermelon flavoured jelly or another red coloured jelly with water and vodka. Mix as per the instructions on the package and fill up your mellon. Allow to set in the fridge before serving. To serve, simply slice the watermelon and let your guests tuck in! Skip the vodka if you want to make a treat suitable for the kids.
