If you want to enjoy Prosecco with a snack or meal, it&#8217;s important to know how to pair Prosecco with the right foods.<br \/>\nIf you have a bottle of dry or brut Prosecco, you can safely pair it with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Air-dried ham<\/li>\n<li>Sandwiches (simple and cocktail-sized)<\/li>\n<li>Frittata<\/li>\n<li>Mini quiches<\/li>\n<li>Foccascia<\/li>\n<li>Mild cheeses<\/li>\n<li>Sushi<\/li>\n<li>White asparagus<\/li>\n<li>Dim sum (seafood and vegetable-based varieties)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have opted for a sweeter or extra dry Prosecco, you can enjoy it with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panettone<\/li>\n<li>Light sponge cake<\/li>\n<li>Macarons<\/li>\n<li>Italian-style biscuits<\/li>\n<li>Sweet souffle<\/li>\n<li>Parfait<\/li>\n<li>Mousse<\/li>\n<li>Jelly and ice cream or fresh whipped cream<\/li>\n<li>Popcorn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not only are these pairings good to remember when enjoying or serving Prosecco, but also when putting a gift basket together. Place all of these goodies in a basket, wrap with cellophane and add a bow for that special final touch. Of course, you could also make a hamper consisting of a bottle of extra dry Prosecco, Panettone, macarons, and delicious Italian-style biscuits. Remember to always choose the right bottle of Prosecco according to the recipent&#8217;s tastes. If you want to send a more elaborate hamper, you can either double up on the food in the hamper or you can send one dry bottle and a sweet bottle with a combination of foods and treats.
