\nSauvignon Blanc grapes are associated with citrus flavours which make them very refreshing. The Muscat grape is used to make Moscato and it too is very light with a delicious aroma. These wines pair up really well with fresh fruit which is an added bonus since summer calls for lighter meals and snacks too.
\nWhenever serving wine in summer, you should keep in mind the serving temperature. Chill your wine in the fridge before serving and place the bottle back in the fridge or in a bucket of ice. While some might say that you should add ice to the glass, this will water the wine down.
